Orders, payments and delivery

Customers order on your page or on babuky.com and pay online. You accept the order on your phone, it is picked up and delivered, and the full cart value comes to your bank. No commission.

Secure online checkout
Buyers pay at Babuky's secure checkout (UPI, cards or netbanking), run by an RBI-authorised payment partner. The money goes straight to your bank — no wallet.
The full cart value, to your bank
You receive the full cart value in your bank within 1–2 working days of confirming the order, less only statutory TDS and GST TCS. There is no commission.
Delivery handled for you
Our delivery partners pick up and deliver, and the buyer follows the order to their door. The delivery fee is part of the buyer's checkout.

What shop owners ask us
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No commission, ever. On a free listing the buyer pays a platform fee of 10% of the item total, up to ₹20, GST included. On a Babuki plan there is none.
Can I take payment by UPI ID or cash?
No. Every order is paid online at checkout, so every order and payment is on record.
Can I use my own payment gateway?
Yes, on a Babuki plan, with your own delivery or store pickup. Our delivery partners work only with Babuky checkout, because they are paid from it.
Can I pick any design on the ₹500 plan?
Yes. All 100 designs are open on every plan, and you can change your design whenever you like.
Do I need a computer?
No. A phone is enough to set up your shop page and to run it afterwards.
I already send my price list on WhatsApp. Why do I need this?
A WhatsApp message gets buried in the chat and you retype it for every customer. A link always shows today's prices, and you share it once.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. We add your items, photos and prices and pick your design for ₹1,000, one time.
